Leading online gaming operators Gamesys have increased their protection against a range of fraudulent behaviour with a new security deal.
The gaming group have signed up with TruNarrative, a firm that provides solutions for companies who want to safeguard against fraud. The TruNarrative platform provides protection against money-laundering and fraud, while also offering behaviour monitoring and identification solutions.
By signing up with their new partner, Gamesys will be able to use the TruNarrative technology to conduct more effective checks on identity, as well as monitor customers on an ongoing basis, validate documents and check for exclusion and sanction information.
Speaking about the partnership with Gamesys, the Head of Gaming for TruNarrative, Adam Doyle, said that they were excited to be working with the gaming giant, and that their technology would help Gamesys to provide a much better customer-friendly product:
“Providing Gamesys with the ability to work from a single platform across their on-boarding strategy will help the customer experience while also aligning with compliance and audit requirements “
Simon Mizzi, who is a Director in the Gamesys Group, said that the partnership with TruNarrative would give the company the ability to draw information from a range of sources, through a single interface. He said that this would give them the ability to adapt to changes in regulation while being able to offer the best possible customer experience. He added that it demonstrated the commitment of Gamesys to providing protection for their customer base.
The new partnership is the latest news in what has been a busy few months for Gamesys. Back in the summer, they were the subject of a successful bid from JPJ Group, which was finally completed in September and reported to be worth £490 million.
